I made a total of 12, and I became better at building and rigging with each one I completed. I also used your suggestion on the clear bases, and they looked really nice once I completed them. I gave them to my brother as a Christmas gift. I had them all set up on a table as if in a battle, cotton for smoke, etc. It looked cool.A.P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04557979425409883713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2591229843590982581.post-69042890860953235062020-03-05T01:23:52.013-08:002020-03-05T01:23:52.013-08:00Hi Adam, thank you. I see in your last comment you were finishing off some of the War Artisan models before getting into some of these Warlord kits.

How are you getting on with them?

The reading for me, is all part of the journey and experience and I found myself digging out old titles I had stored in the loft, not having built any models for a few years, suddenly getting the urge to reacquaint myself with them and add to the gaps in my library.

I have reviewed a few of those books in recent months and am currently reading 'Death before Glory' by Martin R. Howard covering operations in the West Indies as a follow up to 'By Fire and Bayonet' that I reviewed last month.

Thank you for the recommendation, I will check it out.

JJcarojonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11826580638291659193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2591229843590982581.post-35751161592952196202020-03-05T01:12:33.170-08:002020-03-05T01:12:33.170-08:00Hi Jeremy, Thanks mate, really appreciated. I found one book that might make an interesting read for you, To Rule the Waves by Arthur Herman. It covers the development of the Royal Navy, and the impact that it had on shaping the history of Great Britain. I have found it a smooth style of writing and an informative read.A.P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04557979425409883713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2591229843590982581.post-53768834094147068762020-03-02T07:05:13.537-08:002020-03-02T07:05:13.537-08:00Things of beauty for sure!

I've just got to work out the best way of labelling them that similarly ticks that box.carojonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11826580638291659193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2591229843590982581.post-70447502564765395542020-03-01T01:46:50.041-08:002020-03-01T01:46:50.041-08:00Hi Steve, thank you.
