The Exmouth Sea Front Run
Last weekend we braved the icy wind to watch my son Tom run in the Exmouth five mile sea front run. The field consisted of 271 runners with several local running clubs represented.
Tom finished 40th with a time of 31 minutes and 49 seconds and was the second member of the Exmouth Harriers to cross the line, seen above, in the Strand, Exmouth.
It makes me feel puffed just writing this.
Tom will be running in the Bath half marathon in March, raising money for Parkinson's UK, who provide great support for people with the condition. If you feel inclined to support the charity, there is a link to Tom's page at the bottom.
